WorkwithSchools recruit Nursery Assistants for ad hoc and part-time work within nursery settings in York and across Yorkshire.

To work at Level 2 or 3 in nurseries, applicants must have;

  • An Early Years Qualification Level 2 or 3 (or higher)
  • Paediatric First Aid Training (PFA) from within the last 3 years if you qualified after 30/06/16

If you do not have any of these qualifications, but have experience working in a nursery, it is possible that we can offer you bookings, but as extra staff and not included in their staff:child ratio.

If you have QTS in Nursery or Early Years and your Paediatric First Aid is out of date we have opportunities working at various levels and we also provide training after a qualifying period. Please call the team for more information.
