We are seeking a Workshop Junior with a positive, hands-on approach to join our workshop-based engineering team. This role involves repairing, servicing, testing, and maintaining lighting equipment.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in electro-mechanical systems and the software that controls them. They should be comfortable following both written and verbal instructions, while accurately completing routine paperwork and maintaining computer-based records.
Strong communication skills are desirable, as the role may occasionally involve responding to customer enquiries by phone or email, though this is not essential.
Applicants should be able to keep a clean, organised, and safe workspace to ensure efficiency. Proficiency with computers and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are required.
