About the role
We are hiring a second Operations Manager to sit alongside our existing Operations Manager, as part of our continued growth and development plans.
This role requires a candidate with proven, hands-on experience, ideally in field engineering, warehousing or retail IT service delivery.
You will be responsible for key areas of our operation including the day-to-day management of multiple warehouse sites, stock control, and a UK-wide team of Break-Fix Engineers. You will also take direct operational ownership of two contracts.

You will work closely with our existing Operations Manager and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will have access to the wider operations, scheduling, HR and finance teams to support your objectives.
About you
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in
leading and managing teams of engineers. The ideal candidate will have previous
experience in an operations management role, preferably within the retail IT sector.
Experience in managing large-scale projects is highly desirable, as this role will involve
supporting a major IT rollout across the UK. Strong organisational and leadership skills are
essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and drive successful
project delivery.
