· Generate creative concepts for novel advanced materials.
· Synthesize new materials for diverse technical applications, including window films, inks, conductive coatings, laser marking, and dispersions.
· Scale up laboratory procedures to pilot plant level.
· Tackle technical challenges in new product development with a problem-solving mindset.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers.
· Provide expert technical support to customers.
· Analyze and benchmark the performance of our products against competitors in real-world applications.
· Demonstrate product capabilities across various use cases.
· Communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and data sheets.
· BSc / MSc in Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
· A creative, critical, and independent approach to problem-solving.
· Strong communication and documentation skills.
· The confidence to challenge ideas respectfully and constructively.
· Preferably, experience in one or more of the following areas: inks, coatings, polymer processing, laser marking, or nanodispersions.
· A systematic and organized work style.
