Our Kitchen Supervisors are responsible, alongside the Kitchen Person in Charge, for overseeing the kitchen team, coaching and mentoring them in their daily tasks, ensuring they work efficiently; serving perfectly presented food for guests, maintaining optimal stock levels of ingredients and prepared food items; and ensuring due diligence and compliance with all relevant health and safety and food safety legislation.
