We are looking for an experienced, organised and passionate Deputy Head of ALS & Inclusion to support the delivery of outstanding Additional Learning Support provision across the College.
Working closely with the Head of ALS & Inclusion, you will play a pivotal role in the operational management of our ALS services, ensuring learners receive timely, effective and high-quality support that enables them to thrive, achieve and progress.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND practitioner or manager looking to develop their leadership career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and adults with additional needs.
As Deputy Head of ALS & Inclusion, you will lead the day-to-day operation of Additional Learning Support across the College and be responsible for ensuring support provision is effectively planned, coordinated, and delivered.
