Our Supported Living Provision is part of St Joseph’s Specialist Trust, a registered charitable trust based in Cranleigh, Surrey.
We support adults with a range of additional needs, including:
· Autistic spectrum conditions
· Learning disabilities
· Speech, language and communication needs

The Role
As a Supported Living Worker, you’ll support tenants with all aspects of daily living, including:
· Cooking, cleaning and maintaining their home
· Shopping and budgeting
· Accessing the community and local services
· Attending college, appointments or activities
· Supporting hobbies, interests and social opportunities
You’ll also help tenants manage emotions and navigate challenges. At times, individuals may feel anxious or frustrated – we’ll give you the training and confidence to respond calmly and safely using positive behaviour support strategies.
You will complete fully funded Team Teach positive behaviour training (refreshed annually), along with a comprehensive induction programme to set you up for success.

You don’t need previous experience – we provide full training.

Because of our semi-rural location, a driving licence and access to transport is highly desirable. You may be required to drive tenants or colleagues using your own insured vehicle or a company vehicle.

St Joseph's Specialist Trust is a Special Needs school and residential care facility based in Cranleigh, Surrey. We look after pupils aged 5-19 with severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities and often challenging behaviours. We help them access therapy-based education, develop essential life skills and achieve the highest level of independence possible – preparing them for life beyond school or college.
