We are looking for a passionate and approachable IAG Volunteer to support our Deaf community through our Drop-in Service.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a direct impact by providing information, advice, and guidance in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Deaf clients attending the Drop-in Service with general enquiries

  • Provide guidance on employment, training, benefits, housing, and education

  • Assist with CV writing, job applications, and online forms

  • Signpost individuals to appropriate internal and external services

  • Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

Ideal for:

  • Students or graduates in Careers Guidance, HR, Education, Social Care, or Community Work

  • Individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in frontline community support

  • Those passionate about empowering Deaf individuals

  • BSL users (desirable)

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience while making a meaningful difference in the community.
