We are seeking experienced and qualified Communications Support Workers (CSWs) to provide high-quality support to Deaf learners and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide communication support in educational and workplace settings

  • Work closely with tutors, employers, and learners

  • Maintain professional standards and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Relevant CSW qualification

  • Strong BSL skills (minimum Level 3/Level 6 preferred depending on setting)

  • Experience supporting Deaf individuals

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
