We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and execute our growth strategy. You’ll play a central role in building our brand, driving user acquisition, and establishing Candidat.ai as a trusted name in AI-powered recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Candidat.ai’s overall marketing strategy across digital, social, content, and partnership channels.

• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive user growth and engagement.

• Create compelling messaging, positioning, and storytelling that resonate with jobseekers.

• Oversee content creation (blogs, newsletters, social posts, case studies, video) aligned with brand tone and objectives.

• Manage paid marketing efforts (Google Ads, social campaigns, email, influencer collaborations) and track ROI.

• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.

• Work closely with Product and Growth teams to refine user journeys and enhance retention.

• Support PR and thought leadership initiatives to build brand credibility.

• Manage external agencies and freelancers where needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup, SaaS, or HR tech environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
