Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead the design team, ensuring continuous progression through appraisals, performance management, and best practices.
Design Process Management: Oversee the design process as part of the critical path, ensuring deadlines are met.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with emerging fashion trends in prints, fabrics, colors, and shapes, providing consistent product direction and handwriting.
Desired experience:
Passionate, self-motivated, creative, and inspirational.
Proficient in design and visualization through CAD (Adobe programs).
Strong commercial awareness of designs, fabrics, color palettes, target cost prices, and critical path timings.
Salary:
Up to £60k/year
