We're looking for a dedicated, full-time Trainee Property Manager to join our team in Glasgow! In this on-site role, you'll deliver top-quality property factoring services. Key responsibilities include managing property maintenance, handling customer inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and visiting property developments alongside Team Managers to carry out property inspections and meetings with homeowners.
Skills:
🔹Previous customer service experience
🔹Good organisational and administrative skills Â
🔹Good communication and problem-solving abilities skills
🔹Basic understanding of property factoring and maintenance
🔹Ability to work independently and as part of a team      Â
🔹Proficient in Microsoft OfficeÂ
🔹Driving licence is preferred Â
🔹Familiarity with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 is advantageous
