About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Studio Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our creative studio by supporting the Head Designer and Buyer, managing communication, maintaining fabric records, and overseeing the daily functionality of the space.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organise studio emails, ensuring timely responses and clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist the Head Designer and Buyer with administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups
Categorise and manage fabric samples, maintaining a clear and organised fabric library with accurate labels, swatch books, and records
Track incoming and outgoing fabric deliveries and coordinate with suppliers for samples or restocks
Support product development by managing sample timelines and assisting in fabric sourcing when required
Maintain overall studio organisation, including supplies, equipment, and cleanliness
Coordinate studio calendars, internal meetings, and external appointments
Handle general studio admin including data entry, invoice tracking, and order logging
Skills & Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail, especially when handling fabric samples and product data
Confident in handling email correspondence and inbox management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other organisational tools
Previous experience in a design, fashion, or studio environment preferred
Knowledge of fabrics and textiles is essential
