We’re looking for a Systems Data Analyst to support our student data systems and reporting processes across the Group. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain student reporting and support the Student Records System 

• Respond to user queries and help resolve data issues 

• Ensure course setup and data align with funding rules 

• Support month-end reporting and produce ad hoc reports 

• Assist with system improvements and basic SQL/reporting tasks 

• Help maintain data accuracy, audits, and compliance 

• Contribute to user guidance and documentation 

About You 

• Experience with data systems or MIS (education desirable) 

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

• Comfortable using Excel and/or SQL 

• Good communication and teamwork skills
