Shaftesbury North East is recruiting Bank Enabling Support Workers to join our Gateshead based services.

About the Role
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will:
- Provide tailored support and encouragement, following individual person‑centred support plans
- Take direction from the people we support to promote independence and choice
- Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements
- Support with personal care and medication administration where required

✅ Opportunity to cover sleep‑in shifts
💷 £60 additional payment per sleep‑in
About Shaftesbury Independent Living
Shaftesbury North East delivers Independent Living services supporting people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
Whether support is needed for:
- One or two hours
- Daytime or community activities
- Or up to 24‑hour care
We support people of all ages — from late teens through to older adults — helping them access local activities, community services, and live life on their own terms.
