Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and energise a telesales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Implement coaching and training programs to develop skills and confidence.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and best practices.
• Performance Management
  • Analyse telesales performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Work with the Sales Director to design and implement incentive schemes.
  • Drive efficiency in lead generation through optimised working practices.
• Culture & Engagement
  • Lead the company’s Culture Committee, creating initiatives that promote engagement and alignment with core values.
  • Develop programs to enhance collaboration and morale across all teams.
  • Act as a champion for company culture, ensuring inclusivity and positivity.
• Operational Excellence
  • Maintain consistency in telesales processes and compliance.
  • Identify and implement innovative practices to maximise productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
