The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services directly in people’s homes. This role is crucial in managing complex emotional needs, including behaviour that challenges and personality disorders, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of Nurseline Community Services’ values. You may be required to work a short (4–8 hour) or longer shifts. Shift patterns vary depending on the care package and support needs of each person we support.
We provide support that is immediate when it needs to be – through crisis response services that reach people in hours, not weeks. And we offer long-term care that is consistent, personal, and structured around each person’s life – not around systems.
Support is grounded in strength-based, trauma-informed practice and the PERMA model of well-being. We bring together multidisciplinary teams support to build practical, person -centred plans that work in real life.
Across all our organisations – Leaf Complex Care, LD Network, Nurseline Community Services, Unique Community Services and Nurseline Healthcare – we share one commitment: to provide care that is consistent, compassionate, and truly person-led.
Catalyst Care Group exists to offer not just a better model of care, but a better story – one where people are supported to be themselves, learn, grow and live a life in their own terms.
