This is a remote role working with customers in the North of England. Some travel to events is required in Manchester, Cumbria & Liverpool

Status This is a fixed term contract for 6 months. During your 6 months with us, you can expect to learn new skills and gain invaluable experience while supporting vulnerable households across the North West. We are expanding our Home Energy Advice Team (HEAT) services and are looking for dedicated individuals to join us.
We are launching a major campaign to support households at risk of or experiencing fuel poverty. Our purpose is to make a real difference by helping tens of thousands of people escape poverty, with a strong focus on tackling fuel poverty. We provide practical support, guidance, and energy-saving tips to help families cut their energy bills, improve their homes, and achieve financial stability.
Energy Mentors provide advocacy and support to vulnerable households regarding their home energy. This is done through the provision of independent, bespoke advice and information to ensure that energy issues are resolved effectively.
