We are a small home care business based in Swindon Wiltshire. We offer bespoke home care packages unique to each individual based on their preferences and choices. We encourage and promote independence and have an understanding, considerate and empathetic approach to our work. Our mission is to eradicate loneliness, build lasting relationships with our clients and their support network and offer the best care in the area. Our clients will always meet their care givers prior to them starting within their home, they will shadow an experienced carer until they feel comfortable to carry out the work alone. This way clients never have a stranger turn up expecting to deliver their care. 

We also offer our carers roles to suit them with flexible hours that work around their lifestyles. Our pay rates are competitive with incentives offered. Paid travel time offered and learning opportunities. Full training provided.
